The prototype version of Chapter 01 is now playable!

Originally, I had aimed for a year-end release,
but through my efforts, I was able to bring the release forward.

Also, I simply couldn’t wait any longer.
I was eager to share this world with you all sooner.


About Prototype Version

  • For experimenting with the Memory Defragment System.
  • You can play the first stage, “Glitched School”, out of the four stages.
  • Escape from the school, and it ends just as a battle seems about to start.
  • You can obtain items and skills related to battle, but they have no effect.

I haven’t verified its work on Windows or Linux
because I don’t have the environments.

Future Development Roadmap

Phase 1: Foundation Enhancement & Optimization

  • Incorporating Prototype Feedback
    • Collect feedback from player, fix a bug and improve UI/UX etc…
  • Full Implementation of Battle System
    • Complete combat system utilizing Unique Abilities.
    • Balance adjustments and gameplay experience optimization
  • Preparation for Multi-Developer Environment
    • Core system refactoring (improving maintainability and scalability)
    • Asset management tool development etc…

Phase 2: Scenario & World-Building

  • Completing Chapter 01
    • Writing detailed stories and scenarios for the remaining 3 stages
    • Elaborating character settings
    • Designing event scenes and direction
  • Overall Project Planning
    • Constructing main storylines for Chapters 02-07
    • Setting themes and key concepts for each chapter
    • Balancing foreshadowing and narrative payoffs

Phase 3: Chapter 01 Full Development

  • Implementation of Remaining 3 Stages
    • Creating graphics, BGM, and sound effects
    • Implementing events and battles
    • Debugging and quality assurance
    • Release of Chapter 01 complete version

Looking for Collaborators

It took approximately one year to complete a stage of the prototype version by myself.​​

This project is planned to consist of 7 chapters, with 4 stages per chapter—28 stages in total. Thus, the current progress is merely 3%!

By simple calculation, if I continue developing at this pace alone,
it will take about 30 years to complete…

By the time I pass away,
I desire to create this world to completion.

The prototype version was intended to be published in HTML5. But the file size exceeded the limit of 200MB. (Even after excluding unused assets, music, and so forth, it still exceeded 200MB.)
